Drawing upon my 25-year long experience in Japan's corporate world, I help global companies and executives work more effectively with Japan through cross-cultural training, executive coaching, consulting, and hands-on negotiation support.
I have worked inside Japanese corporations, across IT, education, and outbound travel and tourism. That experience sits behind everything I do now because I have lived and operated inside it.
Today, based in Tokyo, I run Japan Expert Insights, a cross-cultural consultancy working in both directions: helping international companies work with Japanese partners, teams, and customers, and helping Japanese organizations work with the world.
